Whenever the android does not find a specific character, it looks at DroidSansFallback.ttf, so you need to replace the DroidSansFallback.ttf of the emulator by renaming the Bangla ttf font to DroidSansFallback.ttf. Follow these steps.
1. Configure the built-in Android emulator installed on the market. You can find here: Roated Market Enabled AVD
2. Then grab the explorer application, I prefer rootexplorer.
3. Register a free Bangla ttf font for DroidSansFallback.ttf.
4. Create an AVD from the image downloaded in step 1.
5.Push rootexplorer and DroidSansFallback.ttf to the emulator SD card through the file explorer in DDMS (I use the Eclipse Indigo IDE).
6. Install rootexplorer (you can use another explorer downloaded through the market).
7.Open rootexplorer, click mount r / w.
8. Then go to sdcard and copy DroidSansFallback.ttf, then go to the system, press mount r / w.
9. Then add the fonts and overwrite the existing DroidSansFallback.ttf.
10. Then give all permissions for the new option DroidSansFallback.ttf from the permissions.
To do this, you can now use bangla anywhere in the emulator, but complex glyphs do not display correctly.
