There's Aptana, which is a really good development environment, but for practical purposes, you can always use a lightweight editor like Emacs, ViM, or even Gedit or nano if you want to keep it simple. For what you're looking for, Aptana sounds the best. Since the other person suggested Webstorm is also not bad (at least I heard) the company I worked with used it very little and liked it, so itβs worth a try, although it certainly pays.
