I want to change the default priority to determine the assembly (the assembly starts every check). How to do it?

So the assembly definition you want to change is a CI assembly. Right-click the assembly definition and click Modify. Go to the process tab (I hope you are using the default template included with TFS 2010, see this step-by-step guide to MSDN on how to edit the assembly definition http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd647547 .aspx ) and find the MSBUILD arguments. Add switch / priority : priority

priority : priority of the queue used to determine the assembly. This argument is used with the / priority switch. Valid values are Low, BelowNormal, Normal, AboveNormal, and High.

See other msbuild switches, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms181742.aspx
