Bluetooth api on Windows Phone 7 or Mango

Question

Is it possible to programmatically display Bluetooth devices in the range of Windows Phone 7. Can I also do this with the sdk mango?

There is no Bluetooth API in 7.0 or 7.1.
You cannot write applications that work with Bluetooth devices unless you are an OEM or an operator.
