How to create similar Qt documentation through Doxygen?

Question

By default, Doxygen HTML output gives this kind of documentation.

Is it possible to make HTML output look like the Qt3 or Qt4 documentation style? How to achieve this?

Qt4 style is preferred, however Qt3 will also work.
