How long is the kml file of the Google Maps cache stored?

Question

I have files over 20 km / kmz that I have allowed users to add to Google Maps (ver. 2). I know that if I change the kml file, Google will be cached and will not update it immediately unless you change the file name.

How long will it be before Google Maps updates its cache?

If it updates its cache within a month, then for minor changes in my KML files, I can avoid updating the file names.

Expiration and temporary updates are usually supported, although Google Maps does not update content from the Internet more often than (in order) in fractions of a minute to several minutes. Google Maps ignores expiration parameters in HTTP headers, but uses the ones set in KML. In the absence of the expiration date of the settings or within the time interval by which Google Maps data received from the Internet for an indefinite duration can be cached. Reflux data from the Internet can be forcibly renamed to a document and selecting it at a different URL or making sure that the document contains the appropriate expiration settings.

Basically, they do not indicate the exact time at the time of their caching. However, from experience, I believe that it is in the order of minutes, not months.
