Return the default C # class template

I just installed StyleCop 4.5, and the default templates have been replaced with some that I really don't appreciate right now. How can I return it to default?

I solved it. There is an opportunity to undo this change, because the visual has backups for templates of old classes.

All templates are placed in the folder as follows: C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0 \ Common7 \ IDE \ ItemTemplates \ CSharp \ Code \ 1033

After returning, one more thing to do is open cmd and enter the command: devenv / setup

This will update the changes.

You don’t know which version you are using, but in the latest version (4.6.3.0, which should be equivalent to the latest version 4.5, but with R # 6.0 compatibility), if you restart the StyleCop installer, you can change the installation, including deleting VS templates, leaving the rest of the installation intact.

I had the same problem, but I realized a little that it was the style that caused my templates to change. (I did not code some time after installing the new version of the style)

In any case, to fix this problem, I installed the latest version of the style and then not installed. They fixed the installation of a later version to ensure that your visual studio templates revert to vs templates by default.

Finally, I installed the latest version again, and during the installation I made sure that Exclude updating visual studio templates .

I hope this helps someone else.
