"Prerendered Icon Flag: true" in the presented binary details of the iPhone application, but the icon is displayed with a glossy effect in the store

The “already includes glitter effects” icon is set to “YES” in the plist file. It worked for the iPhone App version 1.0. The same plist file without any changes, version 1.1 is submitted for revision and approved. But the icon is displayed in the store with a glossy effect. Checked the plist file name in the target and refers to the correct file. Opened the plist file in textedit and can see uiprerenderedIcon as true. The binary version 1.2 has been added again, and now I can see that the icon set in binary data is set to true, but the application icon on the application details page is still displayed with a glitter effect.

What am I missing here? I am using Xcode version 4.0.2 and 4.3 SDK.

I contacted iTunes Connect after watching the same problem and received the following response six days ago. But it is still not fixed, and I did not hear an answer from them.

They have a mistake. I updated 3 of my applications between August 23rd and now, and for all of them, the 512x512 icon has a glossy effect, although I checked the "Prerendered Icon Flag: true" for all. I had no problems with the applications presented a week before.

I have not changed my Xcode or anything else, meanwhile, this is not related to the developer. I wrote Apple and I am waiting for an answer.

I also noticed that when I register a new application and download the 512x512 icon, it does not have a glossy effect, although icons downloaded without binary have always had this effect. Therefore, perhaps they have updated their code, and now they consider this variable to be false when it is true and true when it is false.
