Prism continues to develop actively?

I was on the codeplex website and I see members and a few bug reports, but I can’t say if this is a new development, or if it is only in cruise mode. Anyone have any details?

AFAIK, commits do not occur if there is no fix or release. The codeplex repository is not used for incremental updates such as nightly or similar releases, larger hits.
