Can I recommend a tool to clean the colors used in the CSS file?

We have a CSS file with 196 different colors defined in it. Most colors are just a minor change. We would like to be able to select several identical colors and re-display them on the same color.

TopStyle allows you to see the color palette of your CSS and replace them individually, but it will not let you choose multiple colors to replace at a time.

Are there any helpful tools that can help us?

I would do a PHP parser to find the color values ​​(some regular expressions match #;) and then replace ... I don't know any tool that would do this.
