Search for book title with ISBN

Is there a free way to search for a book title using an ISBN? I know isbndb.com , but they limit you to 500 searches per day. I also noticed that there are Google Books APIs, are there any restrictions in Google Books?

On the Google APIs Console , it mentions the “Permission Limit: 1000 Requests / Day.” Nothing is said about what happens if you go over.

Not. Google does not limit the number of searches. At TOS, they use the standard laywerspeak, “Google, in its sole discretion, may limit the amount of Google Books content that it provides to you,” but I'm sure if you are “Not evil,” as they say you should be good.

Terms of Service: http://code.google.com/apis/books/terms.html (which is very similar to the Google Maps API API).
