Py2exe complaining about missing dll when i have it?

I get an error when trying to create a python program in Windows.exe using py2exe and my program is not built. It says that I am missing some modules like numpy. I am sure numpy is installed correctly. Why does he say that I do not have modules? How to fix it?

Try placing DLLs in the Windows folder. Also copy the necessary modules into the same folder as the Python file you are trying to convert to exe.
