JQuery, Mouseleave not starting in container when moving cursor quickly

Question

I have a mistake. Well, the jsfiddle code speaks for itself to provoke an error by quickly moving the mouse around the red box (to the side or the other side).

Brief explanation: I have a list of elements, when I find them, I show the overlay div at my positions, I attach the mouse pointer to the list element and the mouse panel on the overlay div, but if you move the cursor to the fast one, the mouse will never triggerd.

There should be no problem placing the hidden div inside the li tag
