VS 2010 does not open CSS files

Question

Possible duplicate:

I cannot open the css file in visual studio 2010.

This is something new, I have not installed anything since the last time it worked and did not change any configuration.

Visual Studio says: "The operation could not be completed. Unhandled error."

This is the solution that worked for me: CSS file that doesn't open in Visual Studio 2010 SP1? (better than the accepted answer that VS should set all over).
