How to get .mobileprovision file and .app file

Question

I am new to iphone development.

And I use Hackintosh, and I don't have an Apple user ID.

Now my clients need two files (a .mobileprovision file and a .app file) to create an ad hoc distribution.

Can I now create a .mobileprovision file and a .app file from my hackintosh?

Is a real Mac and Apple user ID required to create these two files?

To provide the application, you must be part of the iPhone Developer Program . Once you do, these instructions (minus the building part for the crown) will help you. You can also build with Xcode 4 . I do not know if this can be done using Hackintosh.
