Can I use the commercial version of open source Glassfish?

I was wondering if I need a Glassfish open source license to use it commercially? For example, how to write software that runs on Glassfish, and this software is not free.

GlassFish Server Open Source Edition is dual GPLv2 licensed with ClassPath Exception and CDDL. This means that you can use open source binaries in the production process. You can download it from glassfish.org

Here is a link to the license: http://glassfish.java.net/public/CDDL+GPL_1_1.html

Oracle GlassFish Server, on the other hand, is licensed commercially and includes support, fixes, and some additional features. You can download this from oracle.com/goto/glassfish.
