Upload multiple files to Codeigniter

Question

I want to upload multiple files with a single item. So I try this example.

This is my form

This is my way to upload files.

But it gives You did not select a file to upload. everytime. What is the problem?

I am changing the upload method using images[] according to @Denmark.
