Lua Unit Testing for Embedded Systems

I'm just wondering what a good Lua framework is for unit testing embedded systems. I heard about Lunit and Lua Unit, but do these libraries work on embedded systems?

As far as I understand from my small investigation, the best module testing module for lua on the embedded system is lunatest. It has more functions than lunit, and does not overwrite standard lua functions. Therefore, if anyone is interested, here it is - https://github.com/silentbicycle/lunatest
