Online Payments for Reseller

I am new to online payments and would like some feedback on my task. Here is the scenario:

I have a website where people buy and sell digital photos. The seller has a photo and wants to sell it. They create an ad on the website and upload the photo to the website database. Customers who are looking for photos come to the site and buy them. The buyer pays the requested amount, and then can upload the photo. As an intermediary, I would like to charge the seller a fee or a percentage of the sale price. The buyer does not have to pay a commission for the site, only selling the price.

My question is what is the best way to do this? I don't mean programmatically, but what service should I look at? As far as I know, PayPal will not work because of their reward structure. I said that Amazon payments will work, but it's kind of a hack. The seller must create an enterprise account and then link their product to my site as a venue for a third party bidding. Is there an easy way to do what I'm trying to do? Of course, low rates were possible.

This will work great with PayPal.
PayPal offers Adaptive Payments some time ago, which allows you to specify the "primary" and "secondary" receivers (up to 10 recipients per transaction, in my opinion, above).

Thus, you can use Adaptive Payments to set the photographer as the primary receiver, set yourself as the secondary receiver and, if necessary, transfer the transaction fee to the photographer.

See this page for more information.
