How to make "Conclusion view" is ENABLED in IE9 on the page with the proper Doc type?

I have a site that almost meets all standards, and expects it to be that way in all browsers. However, I have a specific page on my site that I want to display in a standard way in Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari, but due to a very annoying problem with the zoom levels in Microsoft SSRS Report Viewer 10.0.0.0 control ( See here for a more complete description ), I need to display the page in compatibility view in IE9.
