Auto loop through web pages

Question

I am going to assemble an assembly monitor monitor that cycles through various views. I mainly look for suggestions that can be easily found, and I can get the browser to cycle through the list of URLs at regular intervals.

I know JS is an option, but I'm sure there should be Chrome or FireFox extensions that already do this.

Any suggestions?
