How do I turn off the notification center when I click on the screen?

I have a little problem with the new iPhone notification center. I have a fullscreen game with my custom top menu, which is very similar to the new notification center. Unfortunately, each finger slides down from the top of the screen, shows a handle for pulling the center of notifications. It hides my pen for my own menu, and it looks a little ugly.

Is there a way to disable the slide down gesture to display the notification center in my application?

Nope.

Just like a 4-5 multi-gesture on an iPad, they will switch between applications by cutting fluids or playing the piano.
