Where can I get a list of country names in my native languages?

Question

I know that there are lists of country names in different languages, available separately, but I would like to have a list of countries in which each country is named as its inhabitants call it. I mean a list like:

United States of America  Deutschland 

I think that it would be convenient for website visitors to choose the name of a country that they know well, and also I will not need to keep a separate list of countries for each language on the server - I can always display only this general list.

Is there such a list on the Internet? Or maybe I will somehow choose this from PHP?
