A chart library that can edit a graph by dragging points?

I am looking for a preferred javascript (but flash will also do) a chart library that can display time series as a line chart, and then allows you to drag points on the chart to change the underlying data.

I was told that Excel can do the same, but I need it online. No known graphics library, such as Highcharts, amCharts, GoogleCharts, or dygraphs, apparently does this - I found some drag-and-drop graphics solutions like WireIt or http://radokirov.com/js-graph-editor/ , but these are node types and edges that are not really suitable for drawing diagrams.

Do you know any ready-to-use solution to this problem? I don't care if it is open or commercial.
