Rebooting Android phone when starting application from eclipse

strange problem here.

My phone restarts every time I launch the application from eclipse. The application is not installed.

EDIT: reboot anytime I try to install the application, also if I try 'adb install apppackage.apk'

EDIT2: the same when I try to install the application from the Android Market, error fixing does not work

Any ideas?
