Social Media Sharing Buttons for PHP

Is there a / library / service an easy way to easily add social media buttons to my PHP page? What is the best way?

Facebook, Google+ buttons, etc. PHP is not needed, these are small snippets of JavaScript that load everything you need.

Everyone has good instructions to add them to their site. It’s better to add them yourself and not use a ready-made script, since it gives you more options on how you want to display them on your page, take a look at them and see what different options give you.
