Custom headers via html submit form

Is it possible to send custom headers through the regular html submit and javascript form? Ajax (xmlhttprequest) is not an option, I can use iframes and javascript, but not xmlhttprequest. Can this be done?

This is not possible using only HTML. You need to act on the server side to capture the corresponding header file. If your host supports PHP, the solution is relatively simple. If you want to use forms, you can submit your information to a PHP file and use it to generate the correct inclusion.
