Build warnings affect iOS app store approval process?

When the application goes through the approval process of the application store, do people from Apple check warnings in your project or check only errors?

eg. I have this warning on many of my NIB files:

Unsupported configuration: a set of headers, but using a system identifier (these attributes are mutually exclusive, the header will be ignored)

Will this be the reason Apple rejects my app for the app store?

Apple will not check for warnings in your project because they cannot. They do not get the source code for your application, but only compiled binary and supporting files. As long as you follow the rules, you should be fine.

Regarding the specifics of your question: I doubt it very much, but, nevertheless, you should definitely strive for a project that compiles without warning, as well as the general programming practice.
