Failed to set production preparation profile

Question

I created CSR, Mac App, installer certificates, and a pre-production profile.

Certificates have been installed correctly. However, the pre-production profile cannot be installed on my Mac. He told me

The AppName profile (...) could not be set due to an unexpected error. "

I resumed everything again almost ten times. Still failed.

PS The development profile of the Provisioning Profile may be well established. For this reason, my application cannot be sent to the AppStore. I reported this issue to Apple. There is no answer yet.

Does anyone know why?
