Can someone give instructions on installing TFS Build on the Windows Azure role?

We have TFS 2010 working on placement in a domain environment.

I want to add a build service that will be hosted in the multi-instance Azure service, where the build agent runs in the cloud. He will have access to SourceControl with on-prem TFS, probably through a service bus. I would prefer to do this without using the VM role, if possible.

The most likely Topology for Understanding Team Foundation BuildSystem is either a " Multi - Machine System" or a " Multi - Machine System" with multiple controllers

Has anyone done this type of deployment like? Can the build agent be run as Web or Worker?
