Android account on Android Market

I paid $ 25 in the Android Market on December 2nd. But so far, my developer account has not been activated. I can not publish applications through it.

Your registration in the Android Market is still being processed. You can download applications on the Android Market, but you cannot publish until your registration is complete.

And also explain to me about publishing paid apps from the Android Market from India.

I looked at the following links:

Is it true that it may take up to 4 days to complete registration on the Android Market?
how to sell android apps from india?

I also saw this URL, which also includes publishing apps in India:

In addition, Android Market users from 32 countries will be able to buy applications, with the addition of Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Sweden and Taiwan.

The above quote is from the following link:

http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2010/09/more-countries-more-sellers-more-buyers.html

Please help me why I still can’t set up a publisher account.

EDIT:

Thank you all for your feedback. I contacted the Android market for this issue using the following link http://support.google.com/androidmarket/developer/bin/request.py?contact_type=dev_registration .

Then I received mail from them, they asked me to send the order number, screenshots, OS version and browsers that I use to access the publisher account on the Android market. I mailed them and within 4 hours they apologized and activated my account :)

UPDATE

See the link. Now we can publish and buy paid applications from the Google game. Google added India to the list of sellers from October 18, 2012, and developers will be able to sell from the Android market from October 25, 2012.

If you want to publish (and sell) paid applications, you will need an active and approved Google Checkout account (Google Checkout is now included in Google Wallet), and you will need to provide a valid and active bank account (current account) to link to Google Checkout, as well as tax related information.

I registered my company from El Salvador, Central America, and then a company from the USA on the Android Market and approved trading accounts, and I was able to publish Applications on the same day. I had zero problems. If I choose to publish in all countries, India is one of them.

If you want to publish FREE apps, you do not need a Merchant account (Google Checkout), but there are some restrictions depending on the country in which the Developer is working, or the user, take a look

Hope this helps, good luck!

Sorry, I can’t help you register, I don’t work for Google.
Try filling out a question form , sometimes it helps.

You can register as a developer, but you can only publish free apps (non-paid).

Supported locations for free publishers . India is on the list.
Supported locations for sellers . India is not listed.

In your quote:

In addition, Android Market users from 32 countries will be able to buy applications with the addition of Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Sweden and Taiwan.

You can buy applications in India, but you cannot sell applications from India.

Maybe you should try one of the app publishers, for example FullyInvolvedMedia , which publishes paid apps with international developers on Google Play.
