This is reportedly an error message in which Facebook has been assigned and priority is set high . Thus, the only reliable way to wait for a bug fix to be deployed for production (or a beta site if you are so inclined to use it).

The Insights API does not return results after January 24 ... We are in January 30. In fact, these are not the delays that concern us (even if we were much better), this is only this delay that changes with time. A few weeks ago, we could get data that would be 4 days old. Now it's 6 (or even more). Therefore, it becomes very difficult to update our applications, because we do not know when a new update will be provided.
Can't Facebook fix the delay (say D + 4)?
