Is there any official expression about when MathML will be available on iPhone / iPad?

Everything I found on the Internet shows that WebKit development of MathML support is coming soon. Does anyone know where I can find the approval of this work, and when (from an official source) will it happen? Thanks.

I am an unofficial volunteer, but over the past few months I have been working on implementing WebKit MathML. I just tested MathML on the released version of Safari on iPad 2 and it turned on. I believe this is true on the iPhone as well, but not yet in Google Chrome or, presumably, in the Android browser. There are still a lot of layout errors in WebKit, even in basic MathML, but I and possibly others are working on them. I don’t think you will find any official expression anywhere from Apple or Google or WebKit (if so, let me know!). WebKit seems to be a classic democratic (anarchist?) Open source project, although it is supported by some of the world's largest companies, and it will benefit or benefit literally a billion people. I have to say that it is very cool. For more information, you can check:

If someone wants to contribute, for example. By reporting new errors in the MathML layout, this will help to focus our (my) work and increase the speed with which the MathML corrections will be checked and checked in WebKit. As I said, it's great that I have a chance to help many people - I recommend it.
