Go to https://developers.facebook.com
Select the application you want to use
on the "Settings" tab, scroll down and click "Add Platform", there you can select the "Tab" Page ", after which you will be presented with a configuration screen
Get your app ID then go to http://facebook.com/APP_ID
which will show your APP profile page.
On the left side you need to click
Add to my page
you will see all your own facebook pages, just select the one you want
