IPhone: UIScrollView does not scroll when adding an item via IB

I am trying to make a very simple scroll page through IB. I have a UIImageView at the top and 2 UIImageViews at the bottom, with a UITextView in the middle. I turned off scrolling in UITextView , since I won’t scroll up and down the whole page, including UIImageViews .

Can someone tell me why the UIScrollView will not scroll up and down? All of the above items are subpages of UIScrollView through IB .

You can only scroll through a UIScrollView if the contentSize larger than the frame. Have you installed it?
