Chrome plugin to get smartphone window size

Is there a Chrome plugin that resizes the navigator window to the size of a smartphone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, ...)?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Device mode in Chrome 38+

Chrome v38 + has window resizing and mobile emulation in device mode . You can activate it either using the icon screen in the "Developer Tools" window, or using Ctrl + Shift + M ( Cmd + Shift + M on Mac).

As Pedro noted in his answer, Window Resizer will work in Chrome on Windows.

Mac OSX

On Mac OSX, Chrome limits the width to at least 320 pixels. This is the lower end of the spectrum for the window size of a smartphone, so this may be enough.

If you still want to work around this limitation, open a pop-up window with the Open-as-Popup extension. This will allow you to resize to 100px x 100px:

Window Resizer will do the trick. You can manually determine the screen size.

If you can't get the width to as small as you need, try disabling some Chrome extensions , which did the trick for me!
