Facebook iphone user gets error that i can't see why?

One of our users has problems accessing our application on the iPhone, and I cannot play it. she sees:

Either this application has not configured its mobile website URL, or the URL cannot be verified as belonging to the application. Failed to redirect.

If I go to this link on my iPhone, it will be just fine. If I come to the application through http://m.facebook.com , it also does not cause any problems.

I don’t have a mobile tab configured, since we don’t have a mobile version of the application, however, since it works fine at my end (it shows the full version), I would like to know why the user sees this error, and I don’t.

I get the same problem that some of my users report, links posted via dlvr.it. It started only last week, but seems to be repeating the issue that was reported back in March. See http://support.dlvr.it/entries/21177033-facebook-error-either-this-application-has-not-configured-its-mobile-web-url

Those with a problem have recently updated their Facebook app, so I guess this is a Facebook problem.

I saw the same error. I followed the instructions https://developers.facebook.com/docs/mobile/ios/build/ , when I clicked the https://m.facebook.com/apps/MY_APPNAMESPACE link in the facebook iphone application, it started safari with this link but safari can't redirect me to my iphone app.

on the facebook app settings page, I just turned on the website and the iphone iphone two options, the mobile network is not included. I doubt it could be the reason

I had the same problem. This is my setup and how I solved it:

I have my own iOS app that integrates with facebook. It uses SSO. On my apps page on developers.facebook.com I had the “Native iOS App” application populated, so the iOS Facebook app started my app correctly when the user used the links that were installed on https://m.facebook.com/apps / MY_APP_NAMESPACE

I got an error if I clicked on the same links through a regular Facebook website on the desktop.

I solved the problem by adding my application site to the Mobile Web Address field. Go to the main settings page of your application on developers.facebook.com. In the "Choose how your application integrates with facebook" section, turn on "Mobile Web" in addition to the "Native iOS App". Then fill in the Mobile Web Address field.
