Matlab Source Code Analysis Tool

I am trying to understand some MATLAB source codes. I don’t know exactly what causes in others, and what is the relationship between MATLAB functions. Is there any tool that can help me? I am basically looking for something like doxygen output charts.

At the top of the Current Folder window on the Matlab desktop there is an icon that looks like a small gear. Click on this, and in the menu that appears, select Reports , then Dependency Report . There are many other reports that may also be useful. You can also learn Matlab Profiler.
