Does the exception related to the latest QTIME?

I saw this error and tried a couple of things that helped solve this problem, but none of what I could say was a “100% fix”. I would love to hear what you are experiencing!

Here are some things I've tried that seem to help:

1) replace the jetty.xml file with the BIO connection to NIO.
2) Increase the standby time on the front panel.
3) Play with the number of connections that can be opened in Jetty.
