How to connect to the mobile version of Google Plus

Question

We are building a mobile version of our website and in the process of working on social footer links, I stumble with Google Plus.

It was easy to convert FB and Twitter links to their mobile version (m.facebook.com/ourpage and mobile.twitter.com/ourpage), but I'll be damned if I can sort it for GooglePlus.

I tried just walking with my mobile phone browser, but it generates a huge string that does not seem to be related to our G + id number.

Take https://plus.google.com/app/basic/ and add the profile / page ID.

I do not think that this URL is officially supported by Google, so it may change in the future and break your link.
