How to make Eclipse quickly different after upgrade?

I use Subclipse 3.0.0 and set my quick diff settings to contradict "Prestine SVN copy". However, when I do a commit using the Team -> Commit menu option, I still see the old changes painted on my left side of the ruller, where are the line numbers.

Running Refresh in the source tree does not help. I need to manually close all open source files and reopen them for a quick update.

From what I see, the link "Prestine SVN copy" is updated only when opening a file that is not currently open. Is there any way to fix this?

In Eclipse for cleaning SVN

Right click Project -> Team -> Refresh / Cleanup option
