Can Wi-Fi and 3G work simultaneously on Android?

I am doing a project where an Android tablet should interact with a local network device via Wi-Fi (tcp / ip) and at the same time send data to the server via 3G (http request).

An Android tablet receives data from a local network device every 1 second. This connection must not be disconnected during the entire operating time. And the Android tablet will send data to the server using an HTTP request for a while (with an interval of a minute or more).

Can I create WIFI and 3G at the same time? If not, any suggestions on my problem?

Many thanks!

Yes, it should work. you can observe this when downloading mms, as a rule, even when your Wi-Fi per mm can only be downloaded to a 3G network or a data network.

I developed an application that prints on W-lan printers, and also sends and receives data over 3G, so I would say yes. But if you suffer from your phone, he will prefer w-lan and use only one of them.
