IPhone - Double-quoted Localizable.strings escape character

Question

Inside the Localizable.strings file, if I add an escape character, the file will not complete the build process.

For example:

"Now open ""Phone"" application" = "Maintenant ouvert ""Téléphone"" application";

I get an error due to this line. If you comment on this, everything will be fine.

You need to avoid backslash quotes:

 "Now open \"Phone\" application" = "Maintenant ouvert \"Téléphone\" application";
