Where is the Google Play billing package located?

Following billing integration , now I have to install the Google Play billing package from the SDK manager (see Figure 1). However, in my SDK manager, I do not have this package specified in the Advanced section and nowhere.

Where can I get this billing example?

I also encounter this problem this morning, but I finally solved it.

To solve this problem, upgrade the ADT plugin to the latest version, you should see the packages then.

After updating the ADT plugin, you may also need to update the installed tools to the latest version to ensure that existing projects can work fine.

Through the SDK Manager, I updated the Android SDK Tools and Android SDK Platform Tools, restarted the SDK Manager, and the billing package appeared in the "Advanced" section, as expected.
