When to use HTML5 in Android? when do not use?

In what situations should a developer use HTML5 in android.

I'm a little confused when to use HTML5 in android. I need to develop an application, such as a report viewer from a web server. In this case, I also need to use some specific Android functions, such as service, settings, receivers, diagrams (using a third-party library).

So I'm a little confused about what good situations for HTML are in Android apps ...

Please help me with your suggestions or give me the best article about it ...

Android today supports many options for using different browsers: Android browser based on WebKit, Opera Mini, Opera Mobile, Firefox, UCWeb, Google Chrome browser for Android.

The default Android browser has some problems with HTML5 . And Chrome for Android is designed to solve it. It has almost completely the latest support for HTML5: such as new elements, H.264 video and WebM support tags and sound, geolocation, hardware canvas acceleration (2D-drawing) and all CSS3 materials such as selector, effects, media queries , transformations, transitions and animations, ect.

But so far it is not very popular, because this new browser is not yet available for versions of Android 2.x and 3.x, just for 4.x.
