Disable the main button in Android 4.0 or later

I want to disable the "Home" button and install it even on the home button to open some kind of application.

Regardless of the version that you can use, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to DISABLE the HOME BUTTON PROGRAM IN ANDROID.
