How to add the Go To Application button to an existing page

I have a Facebook page that I would like to associate with a new application, so that I have a "Go to application" button on this page. There doesn't seem to be a way to link the new application to an existing page. In the advanced settings of the application there is only the option "Create page", but I do not want to create a new page, since I already have a very large number (the number of Likes) on my existing page.

Any workarounds for this?

I am not afraid to work. When Facebook first introduced the Create Page feature for the app, they let you create a page of type App and add it to the app. It looks like this feature has been removed as you need to create a new page.

But you can use the Migrate Pages function to then merge the two pages into one, but you will lose the content on the old page when you move it to a new one.
