List of all console packages available on CRAN

Question

I would like to get a list of all the packages available on CRAN on the Windows console. I know this should be pretty easy, because there is a manu option on the gui windows to click the install, and at this time another menu interface appears with all the packages available on CRAN. If the menu were a function (which probably I just don’t know what it is), I would look at the code and find out how it gets this list.

So what you see here: ( packages in alphabetical order of LINK ) I would like to get into the console so that I can assign it to an object.
