How to compile Linphone for iPhone? Could not find libmediastreamer_base.a libmediastreamer_voip.a

I am trying to compile linphone source code. I downloaded the code from here. When I started xcode, all the libraries are missing. I installed all the ports specified in the README file .

I did google and got the libraries, but still could not find the libmediastreamer_base.a and libmediastreamer_voip.a files .

Any help?

Do you have any libraries? Go to the linphone source folder and enter the commands:

$ cd submodules/build $ make all

or if you do not want your project to comply with the GPL, enter the following commands:

 $ cd submodules/build $ make all enable_gpl_third_parties=no

All this is written in the README file. I also downloaded the linphone source for the same link, and I just followed the README file. Everything worked. Hope this helps.

  • It seems that sdk fold is not turning on.

    linphone-sdk / apple-darwin / lib / libmediastreamer_voip.a (and another)

    You should add this path to your xcode "Build Settings" β†’ "Header Search Paths"

  • If these two files do not exist in the folder, this means that the media file is not compiled.

I think you have not downloaded the entire project. Thus, it shows the missing files. Please use the command terminal for the full application downloaded from the links below.
