FAN control speed

I want to control the fan speed in C #. I tried WMI, but it doesn’t work for me: / I have an HP ProBook with Intel Core i5, Windows 7 HomePremium 64-bit. Is there any other way to control the fan speed (get the temperature, set the fan speed to a higher or lower value, or turn it off / on)?

I am trying to do the same for the Dell Optiplex 740. The Speed ​​Fan also does not work for me.
